Dongfeng 2026 Passenger Vehicle Global Partnership Summit: New Energy, New Landscape, New Future

On November 27, the 2026 Global Passenger Vehicle Partner Conference was held in Xiamen, bringing together more than 600 partners from over 100 countries. Centered on the theme "New Energy, New Landscape, New Future," the conference unveiled Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle's overseas marketing strategy and export targets, showcased the product and technology achievements of M HERO, VOYAH, and eπ, and officially launched the global debut and first 10,000-unit shipment of DONGFENG VIGO.

Senior leaders from Dongfeng Motor Corporation and its partner organizations attended the event, including Wang Jun, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Dongfeng Committee and Deputy General Manager of Dongfeng Motor, along with executives from Wuhan Economic & Technological Development Zone, Dongfeng International, M HERO Technology, VOYAH Auto, and eπ Technology. Management representatives from Dongfeng subsidiary also participated in the conference.
In his speech, Wang Jun noted that the global automotive industry is rapidly shifting toward electrification, intelligence, and connectivity, with intelligent connected new energy vehicles becoming the core direction of industry transformation. In response to these profound changes, Dongfeng will continue advancing its three major strategic leaps—New Energy,
Intelligentization, and Globalization—enhancing its "EV + Hybrid + Hydrogen" technology portfolio and building an intelligent system that integrates vehicle architecture, autonomous driving, and smart cockpits, further strengthening its global competitiveness.

Dongfeng emphasized that it will work with global partners to become a committed practitioner of the new energy transformation, a proactive leader in shaping a new industry landscape, and a co-creator of a new future. Together, they aim to move in sync with the wave of industrial change and open a new chapter of collaborative growth.
In his remarks, Wang Long extended a warm welcome and sincere appreciation to global partners. He stated that Dongfeng has elevated its overseas business to a strategic priority for the Group and is establishing a full value-chain global system covering R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, marketing, and services. Backed by 56 years of automotive expertise and strong technological capability, Dongfeng has built solid product and operational advantages and will continue to advance its globalization efforts, collaborating with partners worldwide to expand markets and create greater value.

Following this, Qiu Xiaojun released Dongfeng's Global Passenger Vehicle Strategy for 2026. In the context of the industry's green and low-carbon transformation and the reshaping of global competition, Dongfeng will implement key strategies—brand differentiation, product matrix expansion, omni-channel development, service system optimization, and localized production capabilities. These initiatives aim to build comprehensive global operational strength across the entire value chain and accelerate the Group's globalization leap, fully enhancing its global competitiveness.
At the conference, technical leaders from M-HERO Technology, VOYAH Auto, and eπ Technology delivered reports on new energy and intelligent technologies for their respective brands, showcasing Dongfeng's strong capabilities in battery, electric drive, electronic control systems, intelligent driving, and product development.

Dongfeng will continue increasing investment in three-electric technologies and intelligent driving systems, accelerating the construction of its global R&D and service network. Through technological co-creation and collaboration with partners, the company aims to drive the high-quality globalization of its passenger vehicle business.
Meanwhile, Dongfeng South announced the global launch and first 10,000-unit shipment of DONGFENG VIGO (the overseas version of the eπ Nano 06), further enriching Dongfeng's global product portfolio. Since its global pre-sale began in October 2025, the model has received over 10,000 orders, demonstrating strong international market potential.

The conference also recognized outstanding contributors in overseas markets with awards such as the "2025 M-HERO Excellent Partner Award," "2025 VOYAH Excellent Partner Award," "2025 Dongfeng Passenger Vehicle Excellent Partner Award," "Service Pioneer Award," "Network Pioneer Award," "Marketing Innovation Award," "New Energy Sales Breakthrough Award," and "Global Strategic Partner Award."
Dealers from Singapore and Italy shared their successful market expansion experiences, offering valuable insights for Dongfeng and its global partners as they work together to shape a "new landscape."
After the conference, guests joined brand sub-forums and vehicle experience sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of Dongfeng's product strengths and technological foundation.
