10,000 Venucia VX6 Orders Empower Robotaxi, Driving Venucia’s Diversified Development
Sep 16,2025
On September 11, marking the 15th anniversary of its brand, Venucia reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Hello Inc., a leading domestic internet and mobility platform, at the Bund Conference in Shanghai. The two parties signed an order for 10,000 units of the Venucia VX6 to jointly advance the R&D, application, and large-scale commercialization of L4 autonomous driving technology. This cooperation not only represents a pivotal step in Venucia’s transition toward intelligent and electrified development but also underscores strong market recognition of Venucia’s product strength through the scale of the order, injecting new confidence into the autonomous driving industry.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Wang Qiang, Party Secretary of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (Dongfeng Nissan), and Hello’s founder and CEO Yang Lei. Venucia Business Unit General Manager Wang Baojun and Hello VP Li Zhichao signed the agreement for the 10,000 VX6 vehicles. Also present were Hu Xu, Deputy General Manager of Venucia Sales Department at Dongfeng Nissan, Xu Youtian, Deputy General Manager of Marketing, and senior executives from Hello.
Prior to the signing, Wang Qiang and Yang Lei unveiled the first L4 Robotaxi prototype jointly developed by Venucia and Hello.

The 10,000-unit VX6 order not only delivers a major sales breakthrough for Venucia but also highlights strong confidence in the brand’s product quality and technology roadmap. It marks Venucia’s first large-scale entry into the L4 autonomous driving field—a critical milestone for the company in the commercial application of Robotaxi services. Against the backdrop of intensifying competition in the NEV market, Venucia is leveraging its innovation capabilities, reliable vehicle quality, and cutting-edge intelligent technologies to win the trust of Hello. This marks a strategic leap from “building good cars” to “enabling smart usage,” showcasing the brand’s foresight and determination in shaping the future of mobility. The order is expected to generate significant commercial returns while accelerating Venucia’s progress in autonomous driving technology iteration and closed-loop data building, securing a strong position in the intelligent mobility sector.

Hello, a key player in China’s mobility ecosystem, covers multiple service scenarios including shared two-wheelers, ride-hailing, taxis, and car rentals, with active users ranking among the highest in the industry. By integrating the VX6 into the first L4 Robotaxi fleet, Hello will benefit from the VX6’s flexible space, intelligent technology features, efficient charging system, and comprehensive safety design—making it an ideal carrier for advancing smart mobility. The fleet will be fully deployed on Hello’s platform for scaled Robotaxi operations.
Positioned as a “Smart, Versatile, Pure-Electric SUV,” the Venucia VX6 features the innovative “Magic Cube Seat” technology. This allows the front seats to recline 180° and the rear seats to sink down, forming a fully flat configuration that can transform into a 2.5m × 1.5m starlight bed, a family play space, or an outdoor cinema lounge. Offering six high-frequency usage scenarios and multiple customizable layouts, the VX6 perfectly meets the diverse demands of Robotaxi services. With a wheelbase-to-length ratio of 61% and an interior space utilization rate of 90%, the VX6 delivers class-leading 3.64m³ cabin space, a 700mm front flat-lying area, and a 490L trunk—realizing “C-class dimensions with E-class space.”

On the technology front, the VX6 is equipped with the Lighthouse OS 2.0 smart system powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. It supports AI-powered continuous dialogue, Huawei HiCar/Carlink smartphone connectivity, and customizable smart scenarios. The L2-level V-Pilot ADAS suite includes fully automated fusion parking (FAP), remote parking, and trace-back reversing. In terms of charging and battery, the VX6 adopts the Luban Battery 2.0 system, which has passed 146 safety tests and features 3C ultra-fast charging, enabling a 30–80% charge in just 14 minutes. It delivers a CLTC range of 510 km with energy consumption as low as 13.1 kWh per 100 km. Additionally, the vehicle is equipped with a six-in-one super e-drive system, intelligent thermal management, and compatibility with 99% of public charging stations—eliminating range and charging concerns. Safety is reinforced through Venucia’s high-rigidity Zone Body structure, six airbags, and a five-dimensional battery protection system exceeding national standards. The zero-formaldehyde cabin and Nissan’s “zero-gravity” comfort seats further ensure a healthy and comfortable ride experience.

As Venucia celebrates its 15th anniversary, this collaboration not only signifies a key step in its forward-looking strategy in the L4 domain but also represents an important move toward sustainable development. Amid industry transformation, Venucia remains committed to innovation-driven growth, working closely with ecosystem partners to advance independent technology development and commercial implementation, offering a high-quality model for China’s intelligent connected vehicle industry.
Looking ahead, the two parties will continue to explore innovative models such as Robotaxi fleet operations, high-precision mapping, and vehicle-road-cloud collaboration, building integrated smart mobility infrastructure that supports urban transport digitalization. Taking place during the 2025 Bund Conference, an international frontier tech event, this partnership further amplifies Venucia’s industry influence and accelerates the integration of intelligent driving into everyday life.
Venucia will also use its 15th anniversary as a new starting point to deepen collaboration with leading domestic enterprises, delivering smarter, safer, and better mobility experiences through solid technologies and premium products—together with users and partners.
